The warranty conditions apply to the Venus Vaporizer.

Steam Story Oy guarantees Venus Vaporizer 24-month operation guarantee. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

Carefully follow the operating and installation instructions, as the warranty does not cover the following defects

- Incorrect use of the product

- Accidents, damages or other reasons that may not be affected by Steam Story Oy, including, without limitation, lightning strikes, water or burns

-The device is dropped, deliberate vomit or self-inflicted damage.

When the material is a natural tree, it will inevitably react to changes in moisture, which is why it must not be left in humid conditions. The consequences of improper storage are not covered by the warranty.

-The halogen bulb of the heat element is in use and its breakage is not covered by the warranty, except in cases where it has clearly been faulty and breaks during the first month.

-The warranty does not cover damage to the glass, for example. breakage, scratching, wear, fading.

- Every Venus Vaporizer is unique. The warranty does not replace the aesthetic disadvantage caused by the causes, the color or the small cracks of the wood.




During the warranty period, the warranty for the product is either repaired or replaced. The procedure depends on the magnitude of the fault. Replacement or repair on the basis of warranty does not extend the original warranty period of the product.

If there is a problem during the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase. The receipt must be retained throughout the warranty period as proof of purchase.

Steam Story OY guarantees that the product is in good working condition during the warranty period. If there are defects in the product during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.

Steam Story reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the warranty conditions are not met. In addition, we reserve the right to replace the defective product with a similarly functional product instead of repairing the defective product.
